Privacy Policy — Café Bossa
Effective date: 27 October 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Café Bossa handles information through the Café Bossa website at cafebossa.cafe and the separate CafeBossa n8n workflow application.
1. Contact
Café Bossa is operated by William Kwok. For privacy questions or data requests, contact bossanova3721@gmail.com.
2. Website visitors
The Café Bossa website is hosted by WordPress.com. Like most websites, WordPress.com may process limited technical information necessary to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and diagnostic logs.
At the effective date, Café Bossa does not use WordPress.com traffic analytics, contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, comments, Spotify embeds, YouTube embeds, or other third-party media embeds on this website.
If you email Café Bossa, we use your email address and message only to respond to and manage your inquiry.
3. Google account access
CafeBossa n8n is an operator-controlled workflow application used to organize content ideas and track music-production work. With your explicit Google authorization, it may:
- Read and update Google Sheets, including production records such as job identifiers, creative briefs, dates, status fields, notes, and asset links.
- Read files from Google Drive that you authorize it to access.
Café Bossa does not access your Google account merely because you visit this website. Access occurs only after you grant permission through Google’s consent screen. You can review or revoke access at any time through Google Account connections.
4. Use of Google information
Information accessed through Google APIs is used only to operate the authorized CafeBossa n8n workflows, such as organizing production records and accessing authorized Drive files.
Café Bossa’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising targeting, or used to train generalized AI models.
5. Storage and security
Authorized Google Sheets data remains in Google’s services. Workflow configuration, credentials, execution records, and backups may be stored in operator-controlled n8n systems or local production systems. WordPress.com hosts this public website; it does not receive Google Sheets or Google Drive contents merely because it hosts this privacy policy.
Café Bossa uses access controls and HTTPS to protect information in transit and restrict administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Retention and deletion
Inquiry emails are kept only for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry. Google-authorized production records are retained while needed for Café Bossa’s production and record-keeping purposes.
To request deletion of your personal information or Google-related records, email bossanova3721@gmail.com and identify the relevant account or records. We will respond and action feasible deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal obligations and backup-retention requirements. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete spreadsheets, prior workflow records, or backups.
7. Changes
If Café Bossa materially changes how it uses Google user data or adds analytics, forms, newsletters, embeds, or other data-processing features, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect where required.
